All bookings are subject to our detailed terms and conditions but please remember:

• Places are limited and available on a first come, first served basis
• All fees are non refundable
• Our fees exclude all food (although staff catering will be available for an extra fee), travel to and from the event, the provision of personal or group equipment
• All staff and leaders must be over the age of 18, on the 1st August 2020.
• We’re inviting Scouts and Explorers from around the world and Guides and Rangers from Durham North and Durham South counties
• Scouts and Guides are aged 10-14 years, Explorers and Rangers are aged 14-18 years and all leaders are over the age of 18. All ages are as of 1st August 2020.
